Went in for a tire repair because I needed to have it done immediately. He was able to get me in right away and was completely done in 5-10 minutes. Very fast and friendly, great service

Paid $145 and My Tire Was Still Leaking 20 Minutes Later... business deserves zero stars. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 24-Hour Xpress Service. I contacted them specifically because I had a slow leak that needed to be repaired. They came out, inspected the tire, and charged me $145, but ultimately, the problem I called them for was never fixed. The technician removed the tire, applied water to check for leaks, and told me there were no holes or leaks. I was told the issue may have been the tire valve being knocked out of place and that they checked/adjusted it. They put air back into the tire and told me everything appeared fine and that I was good to go. About 20 minutes after they left, I checked the tire and the pressure had already dropped to 27 PSI. Clearly, the tire was still leaking. When I called back and explained that the tire was already losing air again, I was then told that although they are a mobile tire service, they do not have all of the equipment necessary to fully inspect certain slow leaks and that I should take my vehicle to a tire shop where they could submerge the tire in water. I was even told another shop might charge only $15–$25

I messaged this company at 11:30 pm at night, he answered and was very kind throughout the entire experience. I have never ran into this issue before. My car was also stuck in my work parking lot and I was not able to be there when he fixed it. He was accommodating. I also couldn’t afford the original price. He offered a used tire to help lower the price. All in all he saved me a lot of stress and worry that day. Thank you!

Great reliable service! Quick, friendly, knowlegeable service technician! Hit a huge pothole which ruined two tires! 24 hour xpess showed up within one hour and changed out my tires for new ones. Nice middle of the road tires and completed on the site of my breakdown! No towing required! We would hire them again!

Rodney was very easy to get in contact with, and provided an extremely timely service. I drive a brand new vehicle, and the spare has never been used. He took the time to inspect the spare and expressed concerns over the quality and safety of what the dealership provided. Thankfully it was still usable, and lended me the opportunity to address and resolve that for any future incidents. I really appreciated the level of concern he took when getting me back on road! Highly recommend.
